Penza, 23 August 2011. PenzaNews. The first deputy of the chairman of the government – the head of administration of the governor and the government of the Penza region Vyacheslav Satin is appointed as acting in lieu of the governor of the Penza region.

According to in the press-service of the government of the region, Vyacheslav Satin will fulfill duties of the head of region within three weeks, in the next holiday of the governor Vasily Bochkarev.
