Penza, 21 September 2011. PenzaNews. There won't be bright political struggle before State Duma elections in December in the Penza region. Political scientist Anatoly Bodrov expressed such opinion in the interview to the news agency PenzaNews making comments about low activity of All-Russia parties in the region.

He said: "Speaking about other regions there is activity because of some reasons. The first reason is the considerable rotation of the political shots which occurred during the presidency of Dmitry Medvedev. Decisions on rotation were made, for example, in Samara and Volgograd, but this process didn't affect Penza".

Anatoly Bodrov said: "The second reason is federal decision to reduce so-called regional groups for State Duma. So, the groups existing earlier began to be integrated in territories".

The political scientist explained: "There aren't any bright politicians in Penza and because of integration process the first places get to other regions, therefore it is impossible to show much activity".

Thus, according to Anatoly Bodrov, information-propaganda and propaganda activities will begin in the Penza region right after end of congresses of three basic political parties — "United Russia", the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and "Juas Russia Party".

The political scientist summarized: "Time is pressing and they needn't to collect signatures and to wait for registration, unlike "Patriots"," Yabloko" and "Pravoe Delo". Thus, I think that in the region we will not see any bright political struggle, because we have small electoral resource and lost independence. It is insulting. And what should we do?".
