Penza, 28 September 2011. PenzaNews. Mayor of Penza Ivan Belozertsev offered to all political parties which intend to take part in the forthcoming election campaign to unite and create a committee “For Fair Elections”.

Ivan Belozertsev said: “We need fair, just and open elections. I offer to all political parties to unite and to improve the life of the residents of Penza”.
