Five persons visited the mobile office of the Russian president in Penza

Penza, 3 October 2011. PenzaNews. The head of department of the president of the Russian Federation on the state awards Vladimir Osipov received the citizens in the mobile office of the president on Monday, October, 3rd.

Before the beginning of reception Vladimir Osipov noticed that some of the problems of local residents were solved and some concrete measures were maped out before visit of the Penza region.

The question of the first visitor was about the absence of qualitative roads from the bus stop to the houses in Ermaka street.

The woman said: "We go 300 meters along good road and then we have to go through the mud. Many children go to school there".

The head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov assured the woman that till November, 1st this road will be filled with rubble and next year it will be asphalted.

The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev said: "I order you to visit the street Ermaka personally, to get aquainted with the problems and to report me about the results".

The next problem concerned the resettlement of the tenants of shabby and emergency houses. The resident of the 6-storyed house which was built in 1916 on the island Pesky of Penza Valery Sakhno applied for help.

Valery Sahno said: "Now nine persons live in the house. The building is in an emergency condition, some inspections testify that, the last inspection was in March, 2011. However we get only letters without any formal replies from the officials and we still live without any conveniences. A cesspool cleaner car can't go to the yard of the house".

According to the governor Vasily Bochkarev, everything depends on money which will be allocated from the fund of reforming housing and communal services next year.

The head of region explained: "First of all we settled 2–3-storeyed emergency houses as it's the most life-threatening to live there".

The head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov declared that the shabby house on island Pesky takes the 34th place in the list.

Vladimir Osipov explained although this problem can't be solved in the near future it is controlled by the head of the region.

Five people come to the mobile office of the president of the Russian Federation in Penza.

Besides, Vladimir Osipov visited private houses in the third Berezovsky lane where the yards of local residents are flooded with storm water annually because there is no storm water drain.

According to the head of the department of the president, the problem will be solved partially till the beginning of November. Temporary water drain will be installed there, permanent equipment is planned to be installed in 2012.
