There are some changes in the structure of the government of the Penza region

Penza, 3 October 2011. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev signed the order about modification of the structure of the Penza region government.

Arstanbek Nogoev who had worked as the first vice-premier of the government and as the head of the department of investment development of the Penza region became only the first vice-premier.

Vladimir Volkov became the chief of the department of investment development of the Penza region. He had been the Minister of Agriculture before.

Besides, Vladimir Volkov was included in the region government and became the vice-premier.

The vice-chairman of the government Marat Faizov will be the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region.
