Vasily Bochkarev took the second place in the rating of information openness of regions heads

Penza, 7 November 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took the second place in a rating of information openness of the heads of the regions, which was held by “National service of monitoring” and “Institute of independent political researches” by data of October, 2011.

The first in the list is the governor of Yaroslavl region Sergey Vahrukov, the head of Republic Altai Aleksandr Berdnikov took the third place.

There are also the leaders of the federal districts: the governor of the Vologda region Vyacheslav Pozgalev (Northwestern Federal District), the head of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin (Ural Federal District), the governor of the Kamchatka Krai Vladimir Ilyukhin (Far Eastern Federal District), the head of Adygea Aslan Thakushinov (Southern Federal District) and the governor of Stavropol Territory Valery Gaevsky (North Caucasus Federal District).

The first twenty places of rating were taken by the head of the Yaroslavl region Sergey Vahrukov, the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev, the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the governor of the Novosibirsk region Vasily Jurchenko, the head of the Ryazan region Oleg Kovalev, the governor of the Vologda area Vyacheslav Pozgalev, the head of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin, the head of Kamchatka Krai Vladimir Ilyukhin, the governor of the Khabarovsk territory Vyacheslav Shport, the head of the Murmansk region Dmitry Dmitrienko and the governor of the Irkutsk region Dmitry Mezentsev.

Some governors improved their positions: the governor of the Moscow Region Boris Gromov (+66 points), the head of Republic Altai Aleksandr Berdnikov (+56 points) and the governor of the Belgorod region Evgenie Savchenko (+55 points).

The list of the governors who are the most closed for mass-media include the head of the Kursk region Alexander Mihajlov, the governor of the Vladimir region Nikolay Vinogradov, the head of the Tomsk region Victor Kress, the governor of the Orenburg region Yury Berg, the head of Udmurtiya Alexander Volkov, the head of Karachaevo-Circassia Rashid Temrezov, the head of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov, the governor of Khakassia Victor Zimin, the head of Mordovia Nikolay Merkushkin, the head of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov, the governor of the Lipetsk region Oleg Kovalev, the head of Mary El Leonid Markelov, the governor of the Arkhangelsk region Ilya Mihalchuk and the head of the Kirov region Nikita Belyh.
