Penza, 14 November 2011. PenzaNews. Maxim Beloborodov was appointed as the head of department of Federal antimonopoly service of the Russian Federation in the Penza region. The new head will arrive to Penza on Monday, November, 14th.

According to the press-service of the department, Maxim Beloborodov is a third class adviser of the state civil service of the Russian Federation, candidate of Economics. He had worked in territorial antimonopoly department of Primorsky Krai before.

In Primorsky department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia he controlled the execution of the legislation on placing the orders for the state and municipal needs, about advertizing and antimonopoly law, carried out the general management of the department of control of placing the orders and department of control of advertizing and unfair competition.
