Penza, 17 November 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev initiated to exclude the deputies who are not carrying out the orders of the voters from the list of political party.

On Thursday, November, 17th during the forum “Federal Support to the National Program of the Penza Region” Vasily Bochkarev said: “I would take this measure, in a case this or that deputy does not work for the benefit of the area”.
The head of the region said: “When I see the State Duma with empty seats and I do not see the deputies, frankly speaking, I am shocked”.
According to Vasily Bochkarev, this measure of influence on the deputy who is not carrying out orders, it is possible to use administrative punishment and to exclude them from the party list in case he continues to ignore interests of the population.
The governor said: “I consider that it is the effectual measures to influence on the deputy whose activity does not bring any positive result on the benefit of the region”.
Summing up the work of the forum, Vasily Bochkarev said that the accomplishment of the streets and territories of the cities and small villages takes the first place among the problems of federal co-financing and support of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
The head of the region said: “It’s necessary to put attention to the system of public transport that the person could reach their job, universities and hospitals quickly”.
Besides, Vasily Bochkarev mentioned the theme of power saving.
The governor summarized: “I believe that there will be new projects in the sphere of power savings. At the expense of introduction of innovative technologies which are in the world, we can fly lower tariffs”.
