Penza, 4 December 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took part in voting on elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation which took place in the country on Sunday, December, 4th. The head of the region visited the polling district located in the center of Russian choral and vocal culture in Penza.

After voting, while answering the questions of journalists about his expectations concerning the deputies of the State Duma of new convocation, Vasily Bochkarev admitted that now the regions need money for development.

The governor said: “Today there was a problem of a complex accomplishment of settlements. People are dissatisfied of the roads condition. And it would be desirable to remember a joke that we thread the ground in Russia. The 21st century should become a century of an accomplishment of Russia. It is connected with presence in each house, gasification in all Russia as it is in the Penza region now. Besides, we should have good roads, pavements and will-arranged accomodations”.

According to him, it is important to invest human resources and money to improve the quality of education.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “Deputies of the State Duma should give the chance to the regions to develop the territories, to support small and mid-size business that the person felt the real help”.

The head of the region thanked all people who made the choice and took park in the elections.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “They are not indifferent people. And those who stay at home today think that everything in the country is all right. I am not satisfied with a lot of things in the country, that’s why I take part in the elections. I think, that people who take part in elections are those who want to improve the situation in the country”.
