Nikolay Taktarov said: “I would not tell that everything was easy and smoothly. There were signals that the selective legislation was broken somewhere, but we distribute complaints and infringements on what can affect the will of the voter and then the sanction was applied up to cancellation of the results of voting on this or that site, and such infringements which have not affected. And so there wasn’t any infringement which could affect the will and could deform the received information”.

We sent data to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and by the end of day we have got an answer that nobody was found out so there are no grounds for the criminal case”.
The chairman of election committee of the Penza region said: “I suppose that some complaints and claims to work of the local election committees can come later, however while we speak directly about the Election Day”.
