Vasily Bochkarev lost 25 positions in a rating of information openness of region heads

Penza, 8 December 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took the 27th place in a rating of an information openness of the heads of the regions, made by “National service of monitoring” together with “Institute of independent political researches” by November, 2011. As the news agency PenzaNews informed earlier, in October Vasily Bochkarev took the second place in the rating.

Following the results of November the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the governor of the Samara region Vladimir Artyakov and the head of Republic Komi Vyacheslav Gayzer took the first three places.
Leaders of the federal districts the governor of Stavropol Territory Valery Gaevsky, the head of Yamal-Nenets autonomous district Dmitry Kobylkin, the governor of the Novosibirsk region Vasily Jurchenko, the head of Krasnodar territory Alexander Tkachev and the governor of the Magadan region Nikolay Dudov.
The second month Alexander Mihaylov the head of the Kursk region became the most closed governor. Besides, the most closed for mass-media governors are the head of the Arkhangelsk region Ilya Mihalchuk, the head of Mary El Leonid Markelov, the head of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov, the governor of the Chukotka Autonomous District Roman Kopin, the head of the Saratov region Pavel Ipatov and the governor of the Vladimir region Nikolay Vinogradov.
