Penza, 6 February 2012. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev announced staff changes in the government of the Penza region during an operations meeting on Monday, February 6.

Nikolay Antonov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the government - Chief of the Control Office of the Governor of the Penza region.

Vladimir Stryuchkov was appointed Minister of Health and Social Development of the region but lost his position as Vice-Chairman of the government.

Feodor Bukhturin remains Head of the State Property Department following its transformation from a ministry into a department.

In addition, head of the region officially introduced Vyacheslav Satin as Vice-Governor of the Penza region and Victor Rubtsov as acting head of the apparatus of the Governor and the regional government.
