Presidential election turnout is about 60% in the Penza region

Penza, 4 March 2012. PenzaNews. 663 526 residents of the Penza region (59.19% of voters) took part in presidential elections of the Russian Federation by 6 p.m. Moscow time on Sunday, March 4. “The greatest number of voters visited polling stations in Lopatinsky area (77.75%), Sosnovoborsky (76.42%) and Narovchatsky areas (73.40%),” informed the election committee of the Penza region.

The lowest turnout is in Octyabrsky (51.89%), Zheleznodorozhny (52.15%) and Leninsky (54.99%) districts of Penza.
