Penza, 6 March 2012. PenzaNews. Final meeting of public group of independent observers “For Fair Elections in the Penza region” and group of young observers “For Fair Elections” Associations of young lawyers of Russia took place at Penza State University on Tuesday, March 6.

According to the doctor of jurisprudence, the head of group “For Fair Elections” Gleb Sintsov, students of law department of PGU noted, the situation in the election day on sites of the Penza region was quiet.

“We very worried, because the agiotage was serious and we waited for provocations. However communication was very operative and there was a possibility to report about infringements immediately,” reported Gleb Sintsov.

According to him, thanks to social serviced employees of situational staff held continuous monitoring, all changes occurring on sites even not relating to elective process.

He emphasized that activity of groups promoted maximum honesty, openness and legitimacy of presidential election in the Penza region.

“Serious and worthy violations on elections in the Penza region wasn't,” said he.

According to independent observer Artem Leontev, young lawyers noted not only watched voting process course, but also even explained the elective legislation to members of election commissions.
