Representatives of communist party, youth, pensioners, members of oppositional movement “Leviy Front” took part in the protest rally.

“200 persons have initially been declared, although we observe about hundred people. There are those who don’t agree with results of last presidential elections of the Russian Federation, including not only communists, but also representatives of civil society and businessmen. I see that there are members of other political parties, but they don’t present themselves, because their candidates recognized legality of the last elections and it’s political decision,” declared first secretary of Penza regional committee of Communist Party of the Russian Federation Georgy Kamnev.

As he said, it is impossible to consider March 4 presidential elections legitimate.

“We consider that Putin didn’t get 50% of votes proceeding from polls, its rating was 40%. The second round of elections should be held,” said Georgiy Kamnev.

He informed that the mane statements of resolution adopted at the rally include cancellation of State Duma election results and organizing new either deputies or presidential elections, simplification of procedure of carrying out referenda, electivity of governors, senators and heads of the cities.

“We also consider that it is necessary to establish law according to which any could familiarize with lists of voters that it was possible to check up whether real people came or not,” the spokesman underlined.

Georgy Kamnev noticed that during presidential elections of the Russian Federation observers from Communist Party of the Russian Federation didn’t fix obvious infringements of the law, however there were some during election campaign.

“For example, 76 % of all television time was illegal given to Vladimir Putin and directly in day of voting there were attempts not so much throw bulletins, how many to organize compulsory voting. I was at the polling station where workers of Gorzelenhoz voted and I saw ten and a half buses which brought people. Abundantly clear that they arrived to vote not of their own will and votes, most likely, were given for “necessary” candidate. If it was ordinary voting there would be no need to bring up and do them under heads supervision,” he said.

“After last elections of deputies in the State Duma we had copies of reports of voting results which dispersed the election results. We put the statements in investigatory committee and got an answer that there was an error in the copies. And we understand, receiving such answer, actually we legalize results of these elections. Therefore now we will give out, probably, it on public court as to struggle with the power authorities, complaining the power is impossible,” said first secretary of Penza regional Committee of Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

Georgy Kamnev informed also that date of following protest rally hasn’t been defined yet, but new rallies of opposition will be necessarily organized.
