Penza, 15 March 2012. PenzaNews. The chairman of the government of the Penza region Andrey Andreev declared the returning in banking. "For the last 20 years I have turned to the design manager. I participated in realizations of the several bank projects, one of them is connected with bank "Kuznetsky" that successfully finished in 2011,” he has told during the press conference on Thursday March 15. Andrey Andreev noted that half a year ago when there was a pause in his career, governor Vasily Bochkarev offered him to become a leader of the regional government, he couldn't refuse.

"Two months ago the new project connected with the finance, banks and somewhat logistics appeared and interested me. And recently the governor coordinated my resignation", the chairman of the government of the region specified.

Andrey Andreev didn't specify the details of the future project, however he expressed the hope of possibility of the further cooperation with the government of the Penza region.

“My resignation isn't connected in any way with results of activity at the present post. This work was good school," he underlined.

The future chairman of the government, according to Andrey Andreev, should be the person aged till 50 years, with the same strong energy, as well as the governor and should have the experience in enforcement authorities.

"I consider that my weak spot was the insufficient knowledge of the national economy of the Penza region. It "was warped" towards financially-banking sphere and the industry," the chairman of the government told.
