Penza, 19 March 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev has made the decision to recruit students for training in the regional government. Deputy Head of governor’s administration Victor Rubtsov informed about it in his “LiveJournal” blog.

“The youth will be involved in training on a competitive basis and have governor's 4 thousand rubles grant per month. Under arrangement with rectors of universities they can have individual schedule of study,” said Victor Rubtsov.

He explained that when training which last from week till several months is finished, the most successful students will be included in a personnel reserve for replacement of vacant posts of the state civil service.

“First 10 students will be already involved in training in the government of the Penza region in March this year,” added Victor Rubtsov.
