Penza, 26 March 2012. PenzaNews. Governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev intends to communicate with regional officials through “Skype”.

The head of the region gave a commission to head of governor’s staff Victor Rubtsov to install the program on computers of all heads of regional administrations of the Penza region.

“It gives me opportunity not to interact operatively and not to waste time on superfluous trips,” specified Vasily Bochkarev.

Besides, the governor charged to analyze the situation concerning electronic government in municipalities.

Skype is a proprietary voice-over-Internet Protocol service and software application which allows users to communicate with peers by voice, video, and instant messaging over the Internet.
