Penza, 26 March 2012. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev commented on resignation of Deputy Prime Minister of the Penza region, Minister of Agriculture Marat Faizov during operative meeting on Monday, March 26.

“Following the results of 2011 I have some complaints to Ministry of Agriculture regarding bad sunflower harvesting. The huge 30 thousand hectares territory left unharvested. And it is a great loss of money and human work. Besides, the minister coordinated export of milch herd for slaughter in Srednaya Elyuzan. Therefore three weeks ago I made the decision about Faizov’s resignation,” said Vasily Bochkarev.

Earlier it was reported that Marat Faizov left his post in the government of the Penza region of his own will.

Marat Faizov was born on August 21, 1961 in Verkhazovk village of Dergachevsky area of the Saratov region. He has higher education. In 1993 he graduated from Saratov Agricultural Institute named after N.I. Vavilov as “Agriculturist,” in 2004 he graduated from Saratov State Law Academy as Bachelor of Law. He is PhD in Agricultural Science.
