Governor Vasily Bochkarev officially presented new members of the government of the Penza region during operative meeting on Monday, March 26. “Yury Shcheglov was appointed as authorized representative for protection of investors and businessmen rights of the ministry of investment development and business of the Penza region. Dmitry Semenov will control tariffs regulation, energy saving, housing and communal services and power efficiency increase as the deputy chairman,” said the head of the region.

According to Vasily Bochkarev, Dmitry Semenov will control these spheres in the Penza region as Nikolay Ashcheulov is on sick leave.

“Valery Savin is appointed as acting prime minister instead of Andrey Andreev,” added the governor.
