Penza, 2 April 2012. PenzaNews. The structure of administrative staff of Penza needs optimization. Mayor Ivan Belozertsev declared it during regular session of the Penza municipal duma.

“It is necessary to reduce the staff of municipal employees, in particular administrative staff,” he said.

Ivan Belozertsev also noted that there are important tasks of an accomplishment of territories of municipal authorities, repair of sidewalks and carriageway of roads which should be solved in the shortest terms.

“Money is necessary for it. I suggest creating working group which will be engaged in solving questions on optimization the expenses of the city budget and the problems connected with increase of taxes, rent, increase of taxable base and budget funds,” said Penza mayor.
