For 2011 “United Russia” party member Igor Rudensky earned 1 952 million thousand rubles, his spouse got 292 526 thousand rubles. The deputy owns three lands (9 413 thousand sq. m), an apartment (353 sq. m) in a share property with the son, a country house (287 sq. m) and a garage. Besides, Igor Rudensky possesses car "VAZ-21099" and his spouse has “Mercedes CLS 350” and “Mercedes E 320.”

Deputy Nikolay Makarov, a member of “United Russia,” got 3 365 million thousand rubles incomes, his spouse earned 1 178 million thousand rubles. He possesses a land country lot (1 793 thousand sq. m), a house (394 sq. m) and an apartment (123 sq.m) one more third of which belongs to his spouse. The wife of the deputy also owns an apartment (38 sq. m) and a parking lot. Nikolay Makarov owns also Mitsubishi Pajero Sport car.

Sergey Esyakov who was deputy general director of JSC IDGC Volga, directors of Penzaenergo branch, earned several times more than other Penza deputies 31 268 million thousand rubles in 2011 and his spouse got 6 746 million thousand rubles. He possesses two land lots (2 288 thousand sq. m,) two houses (559 sq. m) and a part of an apartment (120 sq. m) in a share property with his wife and child. Besides, the deputy owns three garages and a bath (100 sq. m). His spouse owns one more garage. She also has shares in the property right of five non-residential premises (1 220 thousand sq. m). Esyakovy family owns three vehicles “CAN-AM Outlander MAX XT” snow and swamp-going vehicle, hydrocycle “BRP Sea Doo RXP X” and Toyota Avensis car.

Alena Arshinova who has recently become the deputy of the State Duma from “United Russia” after Konstantin Kosachev earned less than half a million 408 563 thousand ruble last year. She has no declared real estate objects and any transport.

The most modest earnings among all Penza deputies working in the Russian parliament were declared by Vladimir Simagin, a member of CPRF. For last year he earned only 183 811 thousand rubles. He possesses an apartment (44 sq. m) and two cars automobile “Opel-Omega” and cargo “UAZ-330902.”
