Deputy of State Duma asked Roman Chernov to report about expenses for foreign trips

Penza, 18 April 2012. PenzaNews. Deputy of State Duma of Russia Vladimir Simagin, a member of CPRF fraction, sent to the head of administration of Penza Roman Chernov inquiry where he asks to report about expenses for trips abroad and what countries the representatives of city administration have visited at the expense of budgetary funds since from 2006 till 2012.

“During the last ten days some residents of Penza told me about your trip to Italy in the end of March, 2012. And it was not the first Penza officials’ trip abroad,” runs Vladimir Simagin's letter to Roman Chernov.

Application to the head of the city runs as follows: “I ask you to report, how much money of city budget of Penza was spent for each of these trips and what was the result of these trips. How much investments to Penza city economy it brought, what new knowledge and skills Penza officials seized, what organizational actions and reforms were carried out in Penza municipal economy following the results of these trips?”

According to the press service of Penza regional committee of CPRF, two weeks ago, on April 4, 2012 similar inquiries were sent to prosecutor's office of Leninsky district of Penza, control Audit Chamber of municipal duma and city administration, however there are no answers yet.
