Nikolay Makarov, deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Penza region declared that Dmitry Medvedev as the prime minister can “most accurately and professionally organize the work on implementation of Russian development program defined by president Vladimir Putin.”

“On May 8 the State Duma voted in favor of the candidacy of Dmitry Medvedev as the prime minister. Deputies supported his program of executive power, main point of which, according to Medvedev, is that “the government should serve people.” It is an objective and logical decision to appoint Dmitry Medvedev as the head of the government,” commented Nikolay Makarov.

“Being a skilled politician and manager, he proved to be a real statesman, making responsible and weighed decisions in the most difficult moments. It is very important that Medvedev as the prime minister has a strong support of the most powerful political party United Russia. It will provide the best interaction of executive power and civil society,” concluded the deputy of the State Duma.
