Penza, 15 June 2012. PenzaNews. Former Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza region Sergey Zlatogorskiy headed the administration of Kuznetsk. He replaced Sergey Kozin, who was transferred to the regional government as Deputy Minister of Finance. This was reported by the Head of Kuznetsk Valentina Mayorova at the extraordinary session of the City Council of Representatives on Friday, June 15.

According to the local newspaper “Kuznetskiy Worker,” Sergey Zlatogorskiy taken to the position of the first Deputy Head of Administration of the city on June, 14, is going to hold the office of the Head up to the competition for the position of the Head of Administration of the city, which is scheduled for July, 12.

Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza region, Valeriy Savin, who was attending the meeting, thanked Sergey Kozin for his work on behalf of the Governor Vasiliy Bochkarev, and presented him with the gratitude for his great personal contribution to the socio-economic development of the city.

Sergey Kozin, in turn, expressed the opinion that during those 1,5 years in the city “he laid the foundation for solving many problems”, he thanked everyone for their help and support, and said that he had gained considerable experience working in Kuznetsk.

The new Head of Administration Sergey Zlatogorskiy assured that no “personnel shake-ups” are expected, there will be only “fine tuning.” Moreover, he also reported about the possibility to realize large investment projects in Kuznetsk, which are sure to have a significant impact on the further development of the city.
