“Currently, there are nine departments of different parties registered in the region, including two new ones, The Russian Party of Pensioners and Green Alliance – People’s party,” Nikolay Taktarov said.

However, he did not rule out the possibility that there would be candidates nominated for the Legislative Assembly from the parties registered at the federal level, which do not have offices in the Penza region yet.

“Today there are 29 political parties registered in Russia,” he added.
