As the head of “Institute of Independent Political Researches” Alexander Ulitin told news agency “PenzaNews,” in June rankings we should pay attention to the media activities of the governors, who would go through the procedure of the election in October. They are the heads of the Amur, Belgorod, Bryansk and Novgorod regions.

In turn, the head of “National Service of Monitoring” Artem Bulatov said that the individual weekly ratings of media transparency of all the candidates would be issued during the forthcoming election of heads of federal districts.
