Penza, 16 July 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev announced that he intends to re-evaluate regional ministers and their deputies.

“The effectiveness of many Penza officials, occupying leading positions, requires detailed analysis. So I decided to interview each minister in late August – early September,” clarified the governor.

Vasily Bochkarev instructed the head of the governor office and government of the region Viktor Rubtsov to invite two or three experts, who would express their views about knowledge and performance of the officials.

“If the interview shows that the minister or any of his deputies do not deserve to occupy the position, they will certainly leave it,” summed up the governor.
