Penza, 9 November 2012. PenzaNews. Yuri Bykov is leaving the position of the Deputy Chairman – Head of the Department of Industry, Transport and Energy of the Penza region. This information came from his microblog on Twitter commented by the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov on Friday morning, November 9.

“Today is Yuri Bykov’s last day as a Deputy Chairman of the Penza region government. I wish him good luck and success in his new job,” he wrote.

Yuri Bykov has been the Head of the Department of Industry, Transport and Energy of the Penza region since July 2009, and since June 2010, he served as a Deputy Chairman of the regional government.
