Penza, 12 November 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev called for reducing the number of deputy ministers and heads of departments in the region.

“Today there are four deputy heads just in the management of housing. I believe that only one person should work in this position. The remaining three officers can work as department heads,” said the head of the region during the meeting in the government of the Penza region on Monday, November 12.

Vasily Bochkarev stressed that there should be no more than two deputy heads in major regional ministries, and in small ministries — one.

“Changes need to be made no later than next week,” the governor concluded.
