According to the press service of the Penza Communist Party Regional Committee, the Communist members proposed to increase the maximum fine for officials for late or poor response from 5 to 30 thousand rubles.
“The chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction Vladimir Pligin, speaking at the plenary session, noted that five thousand rubles is a considerable amount of money for an official, so the United Russia faction will not support the proposed bill,” explained the press service.
