The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took the 36th position in the rating of information transparency among the heads of the regions of the Russian Federation, prepared jointly by the National Service of Monitoring and the Institute of Independent Political Researches as of November 2012. Meanwhile, as of October 2012 Vasily Bochkarev was occupying the 14th position of the rating. Thus, for the past month he lost 22 positions at once.

The three most transparent heads of the regions of the Russian Federation are the governor of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko, the head of the Magadan region Nikolai Dudov, and the head of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov.

According to the director of the Institute of Independent Political Researches Alexander Ulitin, in November the representatives of governor came to be less active on the Internet and in particular in social networks.

“The electoral campaigns 2012 completed, which means that the highest citation period of the heads of the regions of the Russian Federation passed as well. I think the next growth of commenting activity will be observed in 2013: first of all, in respect of those governors who represent the United Russia in the regional elections, and who is to go through the procedure of direct elections,” he explained.
