Penza, 17 December 2012. PenzaNews. Personnel arrangements of Penza region government and its constituent departments will be changed in 2013. This was stated by the governor Vasily Bochkarev during an operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, December 17. “The number of deputies will be reduced. There should be only one person to replace the head of the government while he is on vacation, or away due to illness or business trip,” the head of the region clarified.

Vasily Bochkarev also disputed about active granting “titles, salaries, and benefits.”
