Penza, 19 December 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev took 64th place in the rating of the heads of the regions of the Russian Federation based on the index of media favoring as of the end of November 2012.

According to the PR-director of company “Medialogia” Nadezhda Zhukovskaya, Vasily Bochkarev was mentioned 561 times in media reports, and his media-index made 121,45 points.

“The top of the rating is occupied by the acting governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov. His media-index is 15,440,18 points, which allowed him to overpass other competitors, despite the relatively small number of media references — 5,163,” the agency interlocutor explained.

She added that the second place belongs to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin with 8,250 media references and 12,607,62-point media-index.

“The governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko took the third place with 5,215 references and 3,319,97 points,” Nadezhda Zhukovskaya noted.

She said they also prepared a separate rating of the heads of the regions of the Volga Federal District.

“In this rating the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev is the ninth. Leadership belongs to the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the second and third positions are occupied by the governors of the Samara and Nizhny Novgorod regions, Nikolai Merkushkin and Valery Shantsev respectively,” the PR-director of “Medialogia” concluded.
