Penza, 20 December 2012. PenzaNews. Penza governor Vasily Bochkarev disagreed with the faction leader of the Communist Party in the Legislative Assembly Georgy Kamnev, who stood against the project budget 2013, which was submitted by the minister of finance during a regular session on Thursday, December 20. In particular, estimating the reduction of costs for education and health care in 2013 compared to 2012, Georgy Kamnev proposed to review the project budget for the benefit of socially disadvantaged groups.

However, the governor noted that the implementation of the programs on modernization of education and health care, which has been on for two years, is completed, so the expenses for these areas in 2013 should be compared with 2009, when their funding has not yet started.
Vasily Bochkarev expressed confidence that in 2013, support of education, health and culture spheres will continue.
“Federal money influx decreased due to the fact that the programs are over. Social budget will not be cut down,” concluded the head of the region.
