Penza, 20 December 2012. PenzaNews. The draft law on the establishment of two new awards — medal of order “For Services to the Penza region” — was unanimously approved by the members of the Legislative Assembly of the region during the regular session held on Thursday, December 20.

According to the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov, the adoption of this law will not require additional expenditures from the regional budget.

“According to the draft law, an award petition may be submitted by the employees at the main place of work of the candidate, the local government, as well as the governor of the Penza region personally,” he said.

Victor Rubtsov noted along with the award the recipient will be given a standard document with an entry in the work record card.

“In connection with the establishment of the new order we are planning to annul the honoring medal “For the glory of the Penza land,” said the head of the governor's staff department.
