Penza, 16 January 2013. PenzaNews. Representatives of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) will enter all 208 district election committees which are being formed in Penza for the next five years. This was announced by the regional coordinator of the Penza branch of LDPR Anastasia Koptelova on Wednesday, January 16. “In total, there will be 1,105 electoral committees formed in the Penza region, and all parliamentary parties seek to ensure that their representatives are present at each site,” she said.

Anastasia Koptelova added that the main difficulty stands with formation of election committees in remote villages.

“In small remote villages with population of about 100 people, finding a member of any political party is not always possible. In urban areas the situation is much simpler: we can already say with certainty that in Kamenka, Kuznetsk and Zarechny LDPR representatives will participate in all election committees,” the agency interlocutor noted.

According to Anastasia Koptelova, apart from the main list of the election committee members, Penza branch of LDPR prepares a backup team.

“The core will include the people who already have experience at the polling stations, and the backup team will be comprised of those who wish to represent the party in the elections,” she concluded.
