As the PR-director of “Medialogia” Nadezhda Zhukovskaya reported in an interview with news agency “PenzaNews,” Roman Chernov’s media-index is 116,29 points.

“The top of the list is taken by the mayor of Nizhny Novgorod Oleg Kondrashov, whose index exceeded 3,411 points. The other two of the top three of the rating is the head of the Ufa region Irek Yalalov, and the Perm region Anatoly Makhovikov, they received 577,11 and 396,46 points respectively,” the agency interlocutor explained.

Russian Research Company “Medialogia” compiles ratings based on media-index, which is a quality indicator of the information field, which is formed around a company, brand or person by the Media.

In contrast to the indices based on a simple counting of the number of references, it assesses media reputation with regard to qualitative indicators: importance of the source of information, the nature of the reference, and its role in the text, and whether it is represented by direct or indirect speech.

The system evaluates the overall favorable media environment over a certain period of time by summing indices of all references to the subject.

Ratings are based on the Media, which includes over 10,7 thousand influential sources, including television, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and Internet portals.
