Penza, 7 February 2013. PenzaNews. The deputy chairman of the government of the Penza region Elena Stolyarova was appointed the Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Demography of the region. This was announced by the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the region Viktor Rubtsov on Twitter on Thursday, February 7.

“By the decision of the governor Elena Stolyarva has been appointed the Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Demography of the Penza region,” Victor Rubtsov wrote.
