Penza, 21 February 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev is one of ten outsiders according to the media-rating of the regional heads, composed by “Medialogia” in the end of January.

“Vasily Bochkarev was ranked 77th out of 83 regional governors. His media-index is 23,4 points, although the governor of the Penza region was mentioned 701 times in media reports,” the PR-director of “Medialogia” Nadezhda Zhukovskaya reported.

“The leader of the media-rating became the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin. The second place belongs to the Acting President of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov. The third place was taken by the acting governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov.” the agency interlocutor explained.

Nadezhda Zhukovsky also noted that in January, among the heads of the Volga Federal District Vasily Bochkarev took the 12th position.

“Below him are only the governor of the Saratov region Valery Radaev, and head of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh,” the representative of the “Medialogia” concluded.
