Penza, 25 February 2013. PenzaNews. The round table “Syria: Current situation and prospects of development” will be held in Penza State University on Wednesday, February 27.

According to the press service of the university, the event will cover issues of the Russian-Syrian economic relations, as well as the current political situation in the country.

“Moreover, it is planned to dwell on specific coverage of events in Syria in the media,” the press service added.

Dishes of Syrian cuisine will be offered at the end of the round table.

The event is organized and managed by the Institute for International Development and the Scientific Student Society of History and Philology of Penza State University.

Everyone willing to take part in the round table are welcome.
