“Moreover, within the next two years, the problem of providing housing to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War will finally be solved in the region,” he added.

According to Mikhail Babich, unprecedented measures of state support for certain categories of citizens on providing opportunities for housing improvement will be established.

“The first and foremost consideration in this matter should be given to people engaged in socially meaningful work — doctors and teachers,” he concluded.
