His media index, which was already negative in January (-94.02 points), last month dropped to 192,02 points below zero.
“When the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev criticized the work of city services on municipal improvement, mayor Roman Chernov suggested the citizens picking up shovels and crowbars “for their own safety,” while he himself went on vacation. In addition, Penza Komsomol members held a picket by the administration building against obstruction to holding mass protests, and handed Roman Chernov a copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation,” the PR-director of “Medialogia” Nadezhda Zhukovskaya commented to news agency PenzaNews on the rating results.
She added that except Roman Chernov, only the head of the administration of Cheboksary Alexei Ladykov also has the negative media index (-9.24).
“The top of the media rating is occupied by the head of the administration of Nizhny Novgorod Oleg Kondrashov, as well as the mayors of Saransk and Ufa — Petr Tultaev and Irek Yalalov,” the agency interlocutor noted.
