Penza, 22 March 2013. PenzaNews. 3 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget to establish a system of emergency services at unified number 112, its operation and development. A corresponding bill was adopted by the Legislative Assembly of the region during the regular session on Friday, March 22.

“The money will be spent on development of working documentation to create “System-112” within the long-term program “Formation of information society in the Penza region till 2013,” the press service of the parliament of the region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The Legislative Assembly also clarified that the adoption of the law was necessary to bring the regional legislation into line with the federal one.
