The Federation Council terminated senatorial authority of Boris Shpigel, who was the representative of the executive body of the Penza region, during the meeting held on Wednesday, March 27. As the press service of the Federation Council told news agency “PenzaNews,” speaker Valentina Matviyenko awarded Boris Shpigel with honorable diploma of the Federation Council of Russia for his productive work.
