Penza, 29 March 2013. PenzaNews. Work on elimination of illegal advertising constructions must be done in a more active way in Penza in the nearest future. This was announced by the head of the city Yuri Alpatov concerning mayor Roman Chernov during a regular session of Penza City Duma on Friday, March 29.

“The abundance of advertising, a part of which is placed illegally has a negative effect on Penza appearance. Thus, during the past check, they found 589 unauthorized advertising constructions. At least half of them must be removed by the city anniversary celebration,” Yuri Alpatov demanded.

According to the head of the city, despite the fact that the court decision-making on this problem often takes several months, the work on elimination should be carried out continuously.

“A lot of effort is made to make Penza a beautiful city. And we cannot allow our work being nullified by careless advertising distributors,” he concluded.
