The document, a copy of which is held by news agency “PenzaNews,” says that the regulations do not apply to the governor of the Penza region, persons holding public office in the Legislative Assembly of the region, and magistrates.
According to the regulations, the basis for monitoring can be information concerning acquisition of land, other real estate objects, vehicles or shares for the amount exceeding the total income of the official and his or her family for the last three years.
It is assumed that the control will be carried out by the management of civil service and personnel of the regional government.
If the monitoring reveals income and expenditure inconsistency, this information should be sent to the prosecuting authorities within three days.
