Data on income, property and property obligations of the deputies of the State Duma of Russia in the Penza region and their families for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2012 were published on the official website of the lower house of parliament on Monday, April 15.

Sergei Esyakov (the United Russia faction) declared his annual income in the amount of 6,274,866 rubles, and his wife — 5,309,385 rubles. The deputy owns two plots of land for individual housing construction of 1,332 square meters and 956 square meters, two residential buildings of 266 square meters and 293,8 square meters, three garages and a bath-house. The deputy’s wife also has two apartments with the total area of 67,9 and 105,7 square meters, a garage, and 1/2 share in five non-residential premises with a total area of 1,120,6 square meters. In addition, the deputy, his wife and son each own 1/4 share of an apartment of 120,6 square meters. Moreover, the deputy has the property right for terrain vehicle CAN-AM Outlander MAX XT and jetski BRP Sea Doo RXP-X, and his wife owns Mercedes-Benz GLK 300 and Toyota Avensis.

Nikolai Makarov (the United Russia faction) earned 3,461,724 rubles, and his wife — 1,249,093 rubles. The deputy has a land area of 1,793 square meters, a house with utility constructions with the total area of 394,9 square meters, and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. In addition, the deputy and his wife hold 1/3 share each of apartment area of 123,3 square meters. The deputy’s spouse also owns two apartments — 38,8 and 59,6 square meters, and Mercedes-Benz.

The annual income of Igor Rudensky (the United Russia fraction) amounted to 2,002,571 rubles, and his wife earned 794,076 rubles. The deputy owns three land areas of 600, 600 and 8,213 square meters, suburban house of 287,5 square meters, a garage, and 8/10 shares of apartment area amounting to 353,6 square meters, 1/10 share belongs to his son. Igor Rudensky has VAZ-21099, his wife owns Mercedes CLS 350 and Mercedes E 320.

The State Duma deputy Vladimir Simagin (the Communist faction) earned 2,198,138 rubles. He owns an apartment with total area of 44,5 square meters and Audi Q3.
