Penza, 22 April 2013. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev criticized the work on improvement of the regional center and municipalities during the operational government meeting on Monday, April 22.

“What is going on with improvement work in Kolyshleysky and Penza regions? The regional roads are clean, but the municipal ones are covered with trash,” Vasily Bochkarev said.

The head of the region demanded that the members of the regional government, who are in charge of areas, were personally responsible for trash collection and installation of fenced area with trash cans.

In addition, Vasily Bochkarev noted that the number of installed dustbins in Penza is insufficient, and demanded that the mayor's office solved this problem.
