According to him, the decision was made due to family circumstances.

Alexander Burnaev announced that Alexander Grishaev was appointed the Acting Minister of Construction, Transport and Roads of the Penza region, who was previously the First Deputy Minister - Head of Construction Department.

“The team is set for work. The Ministry is created, and has begun operating. We eliminated a possibility of a failure, which may happen when a new department is being created. The development plan is clear. Of course, there are problems in the ministry, but I am sure that the team will cope with them,” he added.
